We provide digital photobooth rentals for private and corporate events in Brisbane, Australia. Services include unattended booth hire, backdrop hire, and digital delivery of photos. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings are made through our website or via direct communication.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Final payment terms and cancellation policies will be included in your service agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking.
You are responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable, we need 3mx3mx3m space and power access within 5m. We will ask for Wifi details but will use the best connection out of mobile data and Wifi. For outdoor events our booth must be under cover to avoid overheating (marquee or verandah) and be either on grass or concrete and the backdrop must be against a wall or similar.
Our booths are self-service. You are responsible for the equipment while it's rented to you.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds, where applicable, are subject to our cancellation policy detailed in your contract.
All photo strip templates, designs, and website content are owned by Impression Photobooth.
We retain the copyright to photos taken in the booth and may use this for marketing purposes unless a written request is received prior to your event.
You may use media related to your event for personal use. Commercial use needs our written permission unless marketing forms part of our service.
While we take care to deliver as promised, we are not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, venue access issues).
Our liability is limited to the cost of your booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
